CleanFlow Acceptable Use Policy

Users must use CleanFlow only for lawful business purposes authorised by their organisation.
Prohibited use
- accessing another organisation’s account or data, bypassing permissions, probing security without written permission, or sharing credentials;
- uploading malware, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative or infringing content;
- using location, photographs, monitoring or workforce data without a lawful basis, transparency and required permission;
- scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, disrupting or using automated access outside documented interfaces;
- using CleanFlow to make unlawful employment decisions or to conceal, fabricate or falsify time, quality, safety, payroll or client records; or
- reselling, sublicensing or commercially exploiting CleanFlow unless a signed agreement permits it.
Enforcement
We may investigate and proportionately restrict activity needed to protect users, data or service integrity. Where practicable we will notify the Customer and allow remediation. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination and may be reported where legally required.
