CleanFlow Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 15 July 2026.

We want CleanFlow’s public pages and core workflows to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice control or high-contrast settings.

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for new and materially changed public and application interfaces. We design for keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful labels, responsive reflow, sufficient contrast and clear error messages. We test high-risk workflows before release, but do not yet claim independent certification or complete conformance across every legacy page and third-party component.

Known limitations

Complex scheduling grids, large data tables, generated PDFs, maps, camera/location capture and some older administrative screens may be harder to use with particular assistive technologies. We are progressively improving these areas and provide an alternative where reasonably possible.

Feedback and alternatives

Email cleanflowsupport@novastacks.co.uk with the page, task, browser and assistive technology involved. We will acknowledge accessibility reports and work with the Customer on a reasonable alternative. UK service providers have duties to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010; see the government’s accessibility guidance.
