About GuardFlow

GuardFlow is built by FORGEAI STUDIO LTD (trading as NovaStack), a UK software company focused on operations tools for service businesses.

We started building GuardFlow after watching security companies spend Monday mornings reconciling paper sign-in sheets with WhatsApp shift updates. There had to be a better way, designed around how the UK security industry actually works rather than adapted from generic field-service software.

Today GuardFlow runs the rota, geofenced clock-in, patrols, lone worker welfare checks, SIA and right to work tracking, UK PAYE payroll and client invoicing in one platform, with an officer app on iPhone, Android and any phone browser.

Who we serve

Manned guarding, mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response, door supervision, event security, CCTV control rooms, construction and property guarding, concierge and dog handling companies across the UK.

• Built for the field: designed around shifts, sites and officers, from the control room to the officer at the gate.
• Compliance designed in: SIA licences, right to work, UK GDPR and PAYE rules are part of the product, not bolted on.
• Published pricing: fixed monthly packages on our pricing page, with managers, HR, finance and admin users free on every plan.
• Straight answers: we say what GuardFlow does not do, and we don’t claim certifications we don’t hold.
