Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use GuardFlow to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to breach security.
• Falsify clock-in/out records, timesheets, or compliance documents.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any other user.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the platform.
• Send unsolicited communications via the platform.
• Impersonate another individual or company.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity to the police, SIA, HMRC or other authorities as appropriate.
